I offer the following professional writing services:
I write tailored, contemporary, and Applicant Tracking System Friendly resumes that highlight your relevant skills and experience and map them directly against the role you're applying for.
If you have a particular position you're applying for, I'll write a resume that specifically 'talks to' that position and showcases your skills and experience, at the required level, that are relevant to the job.
If you don't have a particular position you're applying for yet but you know what industry or sector you'll be applying to, I'll write a 'source resume' for you. This is a slightly longer and broader resume that you'll need to tweak and tailor slightly once you have a position description you're applying to - but I'll give you guidance on how to do this.
If you're applying for a specific position, you'll have a closing date that you working to. Just send an email to [email protected] before purchasing any of my writing services to make sure I have availability to meet your deadline.
I can also write you a professional and tailored cover letter to accompany your resume.
A cover letter is the first thing your prospective employer reads from and about you and it should make you stand out from the pile of other applications.
It should introduce you, explain your interest in the role, and should motivate your prospective employer to read and engage with your application.
I also offer Applicant Response writing services. Applicant response documents are essentially any documents that accompanies your resume and cover letter and can include:
These are often 2 pages, or 500 words in length, and often include writing to a capability framework.
These are highly specified documents that map your skills and experience against the requirements of the role and often require specific examples of how you meet the role criteria.
Here's the process...
1. Once you purchase one of my writing package below, you'll receive an email asking you to provide the following information:
If I'm writing an applicant response document for you, in addition to the above, I'll also need some specific work examples that I can write to, to address the required criteria. This is easiest done via a zoom meeting where we can chat about your experience and skills but can also be done via email if that's your preference.
2. Once I have all of the above information, I'll start drafting your documents and email you with any questions or requests for additional information as I'm writing.
There'll only be a couple of these emails and they won't take more than a couple of minutes to reply to but it's really important that you reply as soon as you can with the required information so I can continue the writing process and meet the timeline we agreed upon.
This process takes around 3-5 business days, depending on the number of documents required, how quickly you provide the initial information, respond to information requests and review the draft documents.
